The Englewood Planning Advisory Committee will evaluate projects and advise local officials on proposed development projects in Englewood. It will also serve as an Englewood data repository.
The Englewood Planning Advisory Committee (EPAC) is a sub-committee of the Englewood Quality of Life Housing Task Force. It will serve as an independent design and development committee that will evaluate projects and advise local officials on proposed development projects in Englewood. This committee will recommend design and development guidelines that will serve as the standards for future development projects in the neighborhood. Committee membership is comprised of 25 members representing aldermanic offices, real estate, housing, commercial, architectural and urban planning sectors. The Committee member composition must be no less than 20% of Englewood neighborhood residents. The committee will meet every other month to review proposed projects applications.
